This is timely. Being one who has been in a few very unhealthy relationships and learning how to walking out… well… I’ve forgotten the skills needed to stay put. It has been challenging in the healthy relationship that I am in, to stop assuming that every hump is a red flag for disaster. Moving forward, one step at a time… it’s worth it. Thank you.

Wendy you are remarkable. Spot on with every blog. Deep, insightful, true to principles which lead to gorgeous healthy living. Accessible. Learning to Stay comes to me a week after going through a tsunami of turbulence where all I could hold to was the idea of love while all the fears were shouting. Thanks to you I have a way to ‘frame’ this time…to cling to the motto of staying…really appreciate your imagery of being molded and shaped into my best form through trials.

While I agree with this in many situations, I believe it’s equally important – for those of us still learning to recognize unhealthy relationships – to learn to leave.
