I agree completely that it can be difficult to understand the difference the normal wear and tear that relationships have on us and the effect of a relationship that is no good for us.  Sometimes we get so used to being disrespected that we don&#039;t remember the feeling of being truly valued.  I recommend every once and awhile taking a step back and analyzing how you feel when you interact with your partner and if you are being treated the way you would like to be.]]></description>
