		<description><![CDATA[There is so much sensory stimulation bombarding our brains on a constant basis, I am curious to see the neurological studies two decades from now to compare the older generation with children. I like your emphasis on turning off the tech and living in the now! It always bothers me to see people out with company, but with their faces buried in some technology. Why are you hanging out with those people?!

For me, meditation is the answer to slowing it all down, focusing on the present, and letting the brain &quot;float.&quot;
