Dear Wendy,
Incredible! You have managed to put in words right in front of my eyes what I have been struggling with for the past months… The need to slow down the endless flow of “information”, to be able to take all the relevant observations in with deep, complete breaths, and to find the way back to “me” so that I can get back on the path of self discovery and the fulfillment of my life’s mission… Which, in a few words, should be to love and live happy, and gain wisdom!
