I kind of agree with what you are saying and there are some fine points you are making, but I feel that not everyone would feel that way. I know relationships are hard and have to work both ways but compromises do have to be made and accepted which in the end makes relationships stronger, dont you think???

Wow, they are spot on those four points you raised there.. especially numbers one and two: there are no low maintanence people and focusing on the other instead of your own needs. Love can’t grow when you are only interested in getting something out of the relationship with yourself. It’s about growing together in love.

Some sound advice. Relationships have always been tough to me mainly due to my own under developed emotions and selfishness. Although not a selfish person at heart I sometimes struggle to see my partners needs. The one thing on this list I don’t give enough of – work.
